Terms of service

Last updated: September 13, 2026

Welcome to MyPetLook. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mypetlook.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products or services from MyPetLook.

MyPetLook primarily serves pet brands, e-commerce sellers, retailers, designers and other business buyers through ready-stock supply, custom product development, OEM/ODM manufacturing, private labeling and related services.

By accessing the Site, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, approving a sample, placing an order or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms together with any quotation, order confirmation, invoice, approved sample, specification or other written agreement applicable to your order.

If mandatory consumer laws apply to you and cannot legally be excluded or limited, those rights will continue to apply notwithstanding anything in these Terms.

1. Our Products and Services

MyPetLook may provide products and services including:

  • Ready-stock pet products;
  • Wholesale and mixed-stock purchasing;
  • Custom product development;
  • OEM and ODM manufacturing;
  • Sample development and pattern development;
  • Private label production;
  • Logo, label, tag and packaging customization;
  • Material sourcing assistance;
  • Bulk production;
  • Dropshipping and logistics coordination where available.

Availability of any particular product, material, customization method, production process or service is subject to confirmation for the specific project.

2. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations for custom products are based on the information available at the time of quotation, including product design, quantity, materials, construction, sizes, colors, branding, packaging and other requirements.

Unless expressly confirmed as final, quotations should be treated as estimates until the product requirements and relevant production details have been confirmed.

Pricing may need to be adjusted before final order confirmation if:

  • The design, measurements or construction changes;
  • The requested quantity changes;
  • Different materials or accessories are selected;
  • Material supplier prices or minimum quantities affect the project;
  • Additional printing, embroidery, branding or packaging is required;
  • Other production requirements are added or changed.

Any material pricing change after an order has been formally confirmed will be discussed with the customer where it affects the agreed order.

3. Order Acceptance

Submission of an inquiry, purchase request or payment does not necessarily mean that every requested product or customization can be accepted.

An order is considered accepted when the applicable product requirements, quantity, price, payment terms and other relevant details have been confirmed by MyPetLook.

We may decline or request changes to an order where a product cannot reasonably be produced, required materials are unavailable, minimum quantities cannot be met, or the requested specifications create manufacturing, legal or compliance concerns.

4. Payment

Payment terms for custom and B2B orders will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, order confirmation or other written communication.

Orders placed directly through the Site are subject to the payment amount and payment method displayed during checkout.

Production, material purchasing, branding or shipment may be held until the required payment has been received.

5. Ready-Stock Products

Ready-stock products are supplied according to actual inventory availability.

Stock quantities may change before an order is fully confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable, we will communicate with the customer regarding available alternatives or other appropriate arrangements.

Ready-stock products may in some cases support additional branding, relabeling or packaging. Once ready-stock products have been customized for a specific customer, they will be treated as customized products for cancellation and return purposes.

6. Custom, OEM and ODM Development

Customers may approach us with a finished design, tech pack, physical sample, measurements, specifications, reference image or an initial product idea.

Depending on the project, our development process may include product design development, pattern development, sampling, revisions, size grading, material sourcing and bulk production.

Customers should provide as much accurate information as possible before development begins. More complete specifications generally improve sampling accuracy and development efficiency.

7. Samples and Sample Approval

Sampling is used to confirm product construction, fit, workmanship, materials, measurements, branding and other relevant details before bulk production.

A sample fee is normally required before custom development begins. Once the related bulk order is confirmed, the sample fee is refundable in accordance with our applicable sample terms.

Sample development time varies depending on material availability and project complexity. Where materials and requirements are complete, an initial sample may typically take approximately 5–7 working days. Projects requiring material sourcing may take approximately 10–15 days.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing samples and providing clear approval or revision comments before bulk production.

Once a sample or specification has been approved, bulk production will generally follow the approved sample and confirmed order requirements.

8. Sample Revisions

If detailed specifications and requirements were clearly confirmed before sampling and the sample does not follow those confirmed requirements, an appropriate revision may be arranged.

Additional charges may apply where revisions result from incomplete original information, customer-requested changes, new requirements or changes made after development has started.

9. Patterns and Internal Production Files

Patterns, templates, grading files, production instructions and other internal manufacturing files created or used by MyPetLook are normally retained as internal production materials.

These internal production files are not normally provided to customers unless separately agreed in writing.

10. Customer Artwork, Logos and Intellectual Property

Customers may provide logos, trademarks, artwork, graphics, packaging designs, reference materials or other intellectual property for use in their orders.

By providing such materials, you represent that you have the necessary rights or authorization to use them and to instruct us to reproduce or apply them to the products.

MyPetLook is not responsible for intellectual property claims arising from customer-supplied trademarks, artwork, designs or other materials where we manufacture according to the customer's instructions.

Customer-provided intellectual property remains the property of the customer or its applicable rights holder.

If exclusivity, design ownership transfer, market exclusivity or other special intellectual property arrangements are required, they must be agreed separately in writing.

11. Materials and Material Sourcing

Customers may provide their own fabrics, trims, accessories or nominated suppliers.

Where a customer does not have a supplier, we may assist with material sourcing based on the confirmed product and material direction.

Material availability, supplier minimum quantities and supplier pricing may affect MOQ, development time and production cost.

Material certificates or documents such as OEKO-TEX-related information are only available where the specific material supplier can provide them. Such documentation should not be assumed to apply to all products or materials.

12. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities vary by product type, material, construction and production process.

Any MOQ shown on the Site or communicated during initial discussion is a general reference unless confirmed for the specific order.

Material supplier minimums may require a higher quantity than the normal manufacturing MOQ.

13. Production and Lead Times

Production lead times depend on product complexity, quantity, material readiness, branding requirements, production scheduling and season.

For simple custom styles at MOQ level during lower-demand production periods, production may sometimes take approximately 7–10 days. More complex styles may take approximately 25 days.

These timeframes are general references only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. The applicable production schedule will be confirmed for each order.

14. Manufacturing Variations

Textile and sewn products may be subject to reasonable production variations resulting from materials, manufacturing processes, manual workmanship and batch differences.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the agreed product function, overall appearance or confirmed specification will not automatically be considered manufacturing defects.

Where a specific tolerance or technical standard is important to the project, it should be agreed before bulk production.

15. Changes to Confirmed Orders

Customers should request any changes as early as possible.

After materials have been purchased, samples approved, branding produced, products cut, production started or goods packed, some changes may no longer be possible.

If a requested change can still be made, additional cost and additional production time may apply. We will confirm the effect of the requested change before proceeding where applicable.

16. Order Cancellation

Ready-stock orders may be considered for cancellation or modification before they have been processed or prepared for shipment. Cancellation is not guaranteed after order preparation begins.

Custom, OEM, ODM and private label orders may become non-cancellable once development, material purchasing, branding preparation or production has started.

Cancellation requests are reviewed according to the actual status of the order and costs already incurred.

17. Shipping and Delivery

Customers may use their own freight forwarder. If the customer does not have one, we may assist in recommending or coordinating with a logistics provider.

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, product pricing is generally based on an ex-factory pricing basis, with logistics costs calculated separately.

Production time and transportation time are separate, and estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

Full shipping terms are available in our Shipping Policy.

18. Customs, Duties and Import Requirements

Customers are responsible for identifying any specific import, labeling, testing, certification or documentation requirements applicable to their destination market and informing us of those requirements before production or shipment where relevant.

Import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees and similar destination charges should not be assumed to be included unless they are specifically included in the confirmed shipping arrangement.

19. Product Testing and Compliance

Product compliance requirements vary by destination market and product type.

Customers commonly arrange applicable product testing through a qualified third-party testing organization based on the requirements of their destination market.

Where reasonably available, MyPetLook can cooperate by providing samples, production information or material documentation relevant to the specific order.

We do not represent that every product, material or production process automatically holds every certification or approval required in every market.

20. Quality Issues and Claims

If you believe an order contains a manufacturing defect, incorrect product, quantity shortage, incorrect labeling or other order discrepancy, please contact us promptly with sufficient information and supporting evidence.

Claims may be reviewed against the approved sample, confirmed specifications, approved artwork, order details and available production or packing records.

If an issue is verified as resulting from our production or order handling, possible solutions may include remake, replacement, credit, refund or another mutually agreed resolution depending on the circumstances.

Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

21. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming information relevant to their order, including where applicable:

  • Product specifications;
  • Measurements and sizing;
  • Materials and colors;
  • Artwork and logos;
  • Labels and packaging;
  • Order quantities;
  • Shipping information;
  • Market-specific requirements.

We are not responsible for problems resulting directly from incorrect or incomplete information supplied or approved by the customer.

22. Website Information

We aim to keep product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing and other information on the Site accurate and useful.

However, products, materials, colors, packaging, prices and availability may change over time. Online information should therefore not replace the final specifications or written confirmation applicable to a custom manufacturing order.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors or omissions on the Site.

23. Third-Party Services

Our business may involve independent third parties such as material suppliers, printing providers, embroidery providers, freight forwarders, carriers, payment processors and testing organizations.

Where a third party provides an independent service, its availability, pricing, processing time and performance may be subject to its own terms and operations.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyPetLook will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from an order, including lost profits, lost sales, loss of market opportunity or business interruption, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to MyPetLook for the affected products or services giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

25. Force Majeure

MyPetLook will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic or pandemic, government action, customs restrictions, transportation disruption, labor disruption, utility failure, material shortages or major supplier disruption.

If such an event affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the situation and discuss practical next steps with the customer.

26. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Site, our products or our services for unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes the rights of another party.

You may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or misleading instructions, artwork or product requests for manufacture.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, website or applicable requirements.

The version published on this page will show the most recent update date.

Changes to these general Terms will not retroactively replace specific written terms already confirmed for an accepted order unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

28. Relationship Between These Terms and Order-Specific Agreements

If a quotation, purchase order, invoice, written order confirmation or other specifically agreed document contains terms that differ from these general Terms, the specifically agreed written terms for that order will take priority to the extent of the inconsistency.

29. Contact Us

If you have questions about these Terms, a quotation, custom project or existing order, please contact us through our Contact page.
