Return & Refund Policy for Wholesale/OEM Orders As a B2B manufacturer, we process bulk and custom orders. Please review our policy carefully:

Custom/OEM Orders: Due to the customized nature of private label products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective custom items once production has started.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive defective merchandise or an incorrect shipment, please contact our B2B support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will offer a replacement in your next order or issue a credit/refund for the defective items.

Sample Orders: Sample fees are generally non-refundable, but the cost will be deducted from your first official bulk order.
